Wayne can you tell if it hanging up on the brake shoes or axle?
If it the brake shoes you might have to grind the pins off and take them off
in one piece, if it's the axle get a puller put pressure on the drum, put
some penetrating oil around the axle,and persuaded it with a dead blow
hammer.
