I'm surprised by their response because I have had excellant service from
them--bought thousands of $$ of parts from them. Perhaps it is the person
that you were dealing with or perhaps they have gone down hill since last
year--that happens to the best of companies when they loose their focus.
Try getting in contact with the president of the company.
This is certainly the proper forum for bringing to light the problems that
you experienced. After your experience, I would have to be desperate to buy
anything from them.
