Careful with the "young guys" statement. I'm 26, which puts me in the
"young guys" category, and can't wait to have my totally stock '54 Chevy
ready as a daily driver so I can get rid of my way-too-modern stripped
down 1986 S-10.
There have been plenty of occasions when somebody has been preaching to me
about how great the antiques are and complaining about what we "young
people" do to these great old cars. They just about fall over when I tell
them what I prefer to drive, and point out which truck is mine.
Only thing I do plan to do is upgrade the ring and pinion in my '54 to
save on wear and gas milage.
