Thanks for your reply, That's exactly whats happening. The battery shows 12volts when the engine is off, but the second I try to start the voltmeter drops all the way to zero. Someone suggested I have a bad ignition switch, it may be shorting out. Easily tested by by-passing the ignition, "hot-wiring".
