Well it's Saturday, wrenching day. I've found that my vacuum advance unit has a leak and won't hold a vacuum. I've got a 235-6. Can the vacuum advance unit be removed and replaced separately from the distributor or are the two a single unit? Any pointers on removing the distributor or vacuum unit? Much appreciated, Martin '55 TF Yahoo! News - Today's headlines http://news.yahoo.com oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
