[oletrucks] seat for 57

In the near future, I will be moving my gas tank from behind the rear seat to
underneath the truck.  Once complete, I want to move the seat back as far as
possible and replace the stock seat with a bench seat that has a fold down
armrest with cup holders.

I would appreciate info from anyone on the list who has experience with this
change.  In particular, I would appreciate knowing what seat has worked well
for others.
