Rob, I heard Isuzu Trooper tanks fit nicely. I saw two sitting in the local
(Los
Angeles) self serve junkyard, so they{re probably not too hard to find. Odds
are
they{re set up for fuel injection, so you may want to remove the in-tank high
pressure fuel pump and the fuel return line if you go that route.
I should mention that many of the venerable lest members were strongly against
this
modification, though they may have been primarily opposed to the rear-of-axle
installations, while the Trooper tank is forward.
