This truck had an automatic in it, so I replaced everything. The clutch disk
says "flywheel side" and I know its in right. The pilot bushing looked fine.
I am wondering if there is any adjustments that can be made to the clutch
pressure plate springs. Maybe the re-manufacturer didnt adjust it right? The
only other thing that I did that might cause it was I sandblasted the
flywheel and painted it. I tried to keep the paint off the clutch surface,
but the sandblasting made the surface a little rougher than if it were new.
Keep these ideas coming guys.. if I'm gonna pull the tranny (AGAIN!) I need
all the suggestions I can get!

Thanks!!!

Deve
