Yes Tom, Grant states the truth here as this happened to me. I can speak
from experience, re my hair-raising adventure in getting my truck home
after purchase, and having a leak in a brake line leaving me with no
brakes as I approach a rotary intersection. I tell you, the art of
downshifting and slowing the truck down got it's workout here.
Fortunately the gearing is so low, that I made it through the
intersection and eventually home, but not without acquiring a number of
gray hairs along the way.
