There are four mount points starting with the 49 series ADs. Two large
bolts go in the front with large cupped washers, through the floor corners
(by the door hinges) into tab/arms riveted to the frame with nuts on the
bottoms (there should be a rubber pad between the cab and the supports on
the frame). The back corners are held up by a swivel type support that
bolts to the cab and to the frame. These have rubber bushings in them (4
bushings/support=8 per truck). Just unbolt them, remove them, rebuild them
with the new rubber bushings & reinstall. The shop & assembly manuals have
good illustrations of all of this.
