[oletrucks] More rear end questions

I just got a rear end for my '53 AD truck, it is from a 60's Chevy truck and
the ratio is 3.73, is this a good ratio for freeway driving?. I am planning
on mating this with a 4 speed tranny, what would be a good transmission to
use here, a Saginaw? or a Muncie?
