How can you tell the difference between the 216 6 cylinder engine and the 235? I was once told if the valve cover has two studs or acorn nuts on the top of the valve cover, it is a 216. Also if the valve cover has four bolts (2 on each side), then it is a 235. Is this true? oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
