As another semester begins, I'm reminded that fall isn't all that far
away, so I should finish up some of my projects on the interior of my '54
pickup, most notably another repair of the heater and the mounting of my
front speakers.
I'm looking for photos of the interiors of some AD trucks, especially
54-55 1st, and *especially* with "modern" stereo speakers installed. My
particular interest at the moment (besides having a working heater before
the weather causes my windows to fog up) is devising some way to mount my
two front 3 1/2" speakers without cutting any of my truck's sheet metal.
This task is complicated by the uniqueness of the 54 (and 55 1st) dash,
which has the radio *below* the speaker grill -- otherwise I could just
buy a Custom Autosound speaker set.
Any interior photos, or even descriptions of creative speaker mounting,
