Hi Deve,

I got one of Harbor Freight's DA sanders, and it has worked fine.  I use
about 120 grit once the paint is mostly gone.  This should actually make
pretty quick work of surface rust.  You can sandblast crevices, but I find
that the sander is actually quicker for broad surfaces.
