AMEN!!!! I really wonder, when I see a "restoration" that is supposed
to be 100% original, and parts that Chevy never painted get
painted...they are not rusty as they should be. I think that Chevy
acutally tried to keep from painting the exhaust manifolds, and just
painted them around the edges (at least on V-8s).
The transmission should not be painted either...but I haven't seen too
many that escaped being painted during the "restoration".
Gee, I sure am picky for someone who doesn't have any original resto
vehicles! Sorry...
