I'm against leaf liners.  they put a strain on shock brackets.  We see a lot 
of broken shock brackets even without liners.  If there is a groove cut in 
bottom of leaf by shorter leaf below it replace springs.  Interleaf friction 
is part of your shock absorbing system.
