I was priming the Oil Pump in a '57 235 engine by removing the distributor and inserting a flat blade screwdriver, I noticed that the pump does not give any resistance, I was wondering if this is the way is supposed to be or should I expect some resistance? This engine has not been started for a couple years, I'm trying to get some oil circulation before I start it. Any ideas? Thanks, Antonio '53 3100 oletrucks is devoted to Chevy and GM trucks built between 1941 and 1959 |
