Mexican company named Tornell 
 that imports to an Ohio company. They have a very agressive 7.50x17 
 that sounds like what I want. But...Mexico is not know for their 
 quality.   >>

I have a fussy customer who got the Mexican 7.50-17 mud and snow and is 
happy.  He said it had DOT numbers onthe sidewall, so believes it meets US 
quality specs.  The Mexican connection should be viable.
