Have over 1K on my just restored truck now. It has a rebuilt 235 and I
kept the R's down for the break in. I started running them up higher
between shifts to check out the performance with the cam I used and
noticed a vibration directly propionate to engine speed, in all gears. I
now wonder if the flywheel/clutch assy should of been balanced. It's a
resurfaced 11 inch flywheel of unknown origin-came off a spare 235 also
of unknown origin. Would that have to be balanced together with the
crank? I can't think what else it might be. Any ideas would be
appreciated.
