[oletrucks] 1937 Chevy Information Request

Hello to all out there is cyberspace!
Does anyone out there know of a web group like oletrucks that specializes in 
1930's Chevy Cars? I coworker of mine just bought a 1937 Chevy Sedan. It has 
a 1940 Chevy 216 truck engine in it. Serial number is AKCA-527836. Can anyone 
decipher this number and verify that it is a 1940 built engine?
