This is what "Chevy by the Numbers" says (Alan L. Colvin, 1994).
The book has info only for '65-'69. He has a discussion on exactly which months
and years the heads were used, but basically, the 378462 was January '66 thru
April '67, with discrepancies towards the ends of the time frame. The only way
to tell valve diameter is to measure them. There doesn't seem to be any marking
or casting info to tell valve dia. or chamber size. The "camel hump" boss also
appears on the 3782461 heads, the predecessor to the 462, so "camel hump" heads
were used in other previous years, but the 462 only in '66-'67. Since you have
the number in addition to the casting identifier, here is the straight scoop on
YOUR heads:

1966
Model disp. hp int/exh chamber (c.c.)
Chevy/Pass 327 275 1.94/1.50 62.076

Chevelle 327 275 1.94/1.50 62.076
                                          350 2.02/1.60

Corvette 327 300 1.94/1.50 62.076
                                          350 2.02/1.60

Chevy II 327 275 1.94/1.50 62.076
                                          300 2.02/1.60
1967
Chevy/Pass 327 275 1.94/1.50 63.305

Chevelle 327 275 1.94/1.50 63.305
                                          325 2.02/1.60

Camaro 327 275 1.94/1.50 63.305
                              350 295 1.94/1.50
                              302 290 2.02/1.60

Corvette 327 300 1.94/1.50 63.305
                              327 350 2.02/1.60

Chevy II 327 275 1.94/1.50 63.305
                                          350 2.02/1.60

This may be "overkill", but...........
