With all the stuff on stainless steel fasteners, remember to use a good thread lubricant on all threads. Mixing carbon steel (in the block) and stainless hardware can result in severe galling of the threads, making it impossible to remove them. Use something like Never-Seize. You haven't lived until you had to remove a 3/4-10 galled bolt with a tap burner (EDM)...happened at work where we use stainless hardware all the time.
