Hey all, I've added another page to my website. Last Saturday was the
annual Three Hills, Alberta cruise night. There were almost 1000
vehicles of all shapes and sizes. I've posted 21 pics from the show,
including 4 shots of rodded AD's. Sorry, the only Task Force pic is of a
'58 GMC in the background. Too many cars, too little film! *G* Hope you
enjoy them.
The '48 made the trip with no problems at all, averaged 20 mpg at 60-65
mph. Found a set of railway tracks on the way up that you should NOT
take at 60 mph! Poor old girl caught some air over those ones...but
didn't break anything or bottom out. Only thing was Karen bounced off
the roof of the cab, so 3-point seat belts will be installed shortly.
Guess I'll have to pay more attention to the "Slow, railway crossing"
signs from now on.
