Hey Bennett,

If you want a real easy way out...move to Maine. Up here, no titles are
required for vehicles before 1970. All you need to register a newly
purchased old truck is a hand written bill of sale. For insurance...only
the VIN # over the phone. And if you register as an *antique auto*, no
inspection is required. Hey... there's got to be some perks to living
through these COLD winters!!!
