Nevin,
I too have a Ford 9" in my 1949 1/2 ton. I basically followed the same
guidance regarding pinion angle as per the website in the other response. I
never did figure out a good way to work out attaching the emergency brakes
though. If you come up with a solution, please let me know. Just curious,
are you using a stock rearend? or was it modified as mine was (narrowed to
stock GM width and redrilled for six lug)?
