YIKES!! Four citations at once. You know he was chuckling to himself in
the car afterwards...
If I recall, the fine is $25? Good to avoid if possible, but really,
many of our cars simply can't fit a front plate without looking like
crap or drilling into the body. Considering some red light cams can take
pics of rear plates also, it doesn't seem necessary for law enforcement.
