If you look at your torque chart, it will refer to lubricated threads.
Loctite doesn't lubricate. If you use that, you may reach the proper torque
figure but you will not have reached the proper preload on the fastener. I
use a few drops of engine oil after cleaning in lacquer thinner and torque in
steps like torquing a head. If 55 ft/lbs is the final torque, tighten first
to 20 then 40 then 55. I've used this on everything from Sprites to
Ferrari's without incident. If you still feel the need for a little extra
insurance, there is a low viscosity loctite that will wick into assembled
threads. I just checked my tool box and I am out or I'd give you the number.
