Gunnar,
According to my reference books TS1187 is a legitimate 1954 TR-2 enigne
number. The 1954 production ran from TS303 thru TS5192.

I have just bought a very nice yellow
Morgan +4 1954 .
Serial number 3148
Engine number (TS ?) 1187
I am told this is a TR 3 engine, but according to the book," Morgan first &
last", TR 3 was produced from 1956.
How do I know ?, TR 2 or TR 3?
