At the risk of insulting you I am going to suggest the possibility that you have installed the calipers on the wrong side of the car. Having instructed students in this for 28 years I have seen it done more than once, with the results that your are describing. The bleeders MUST BE AT THE TOP of the caliper. Hope this helps.
