I have used Beverly Hills Motors car covers successfully for years, but have
had bad experience with them lately.  I purchased their top of the line car
cover and found that its soft inside layer disintegrated over last winter.
After numerous FAX and telephone messages, they told me there had been a
change in ownership and refused to help me in ANY way at all.  Worst customer
service I have seen in years!
