I have heard a Morgan from the factory is to race at Sebring, this
intrigues me, as the Last Morgans raced there in mid sixties. Does any
one know when this is carried on ?network? Our Super Sports Endurance
Racer was fitted for Sebring in 64 by the factory, and Fergus Cars, she
came with Dual fillers, dual fuel lines, baffled 20 gallon tank, cross
axle bracing, limited slip, low line 4/4 alum body etc as for a Standard
Super Sports. My twin brother and I found the car derelict in a Junkyard
in Virginia 6 years ago, and are about half way through a total
restoration.
Anyone with interest in the SS morgan, or who has seen one racing
let me know, we are helping Hermen Pol and Jake Alderson work on books
related to Morgan racing.
