Well, it doesn't matter what you did 15K miles ago -- the symptoms say one
of the cylinders is going bad. Try bleeding the slave -- if it pumps out
fluid with the valve open it would tend to indicate that at least the master
is OK. So you can start with replacing the slave and the flex hose. But it's
just as likely that they are both bad -- IME the hydraulics tend to fail as
a system, for whatever reason.
