You can cut the old harness where it passes through the firewall, then
pull the new one through (you might want to wrap it with a dry cleaning
bag to protect the wires from gunk, if you want to keep them clean).
The connectors on the harness will basically be in the right place for
each component, and you can pull one connector off at a time and replace
it with the new one as you move from the firewall out to each end. It's
not too bad a job.
