Thanks, I had never heard of that. However, the responsible thing to do
would be to report them to eBay. Everyone would benefit. Instead, they're just
diluting the value of their own hard-earned positive feedback. Personally, if a
seller won't offer feedback upon receipt of my payment, I won't take a chance
on dealing with them again. There are just too many options from other
sellers who are willing to do it the right way.
