Rubber bumper gearboxes changed from top fill to side fill and the LH OD
changed from black label to blue label, but otherwise the OD was the same.
The big difference occurred in 67 with the change from the 3 synchro to the
4 synchro and the D-type OD to the LH-type.  There are very significant
differences in both gearbox and OD.
