I assume from your e-mail address that you are in Belgium?
Forgive me if this is a very stupid question (I don't know how long
you've owned / been fixing your MGB), but you are using inch size
sockets, not metric? I imagine inch size sockets can't be easy to find
in Belgium.
I don't know about wire wheels, but I had no problem removing my steel
wheel hubs with a standard inch-size socket - sorry, I can't remember
the actual size! Looking at the exploded diagram on Moss' website
(www.moss-europe.com) the nut should be the same for either wheel, it's
just the hub that's different.
