Mike,
Every time I used USAA they put me under American Collectors Insurance.
Same mileage and use limitations through USAA or through ACI direct. I just
changed to Hagartys, cheaper and no mileage limitation, although the mileage
limitation hasn't affected me anyway as I only use my LBCs for occasional
driving anyway.
I have not found any company that will insure a collector car for daily
driving. You can either ensure with a normal policy which will NOT insure
for the true value of the car or you can use a collector car policy, which
does have limitations.

I have USAA and they put my MG's under the general agency. They were not
happy about insuring me at all and at first refused due to the age of the
car and lack of ability to value it. They only did it when I pointed out
that another officer had been able to insure his collector car. Of course,
that has been many years ago and things may have changed. However, I kept
that policy until I discovered Grundy and switched.
Simply put, I still use USAA for my regular cars and love having Grundy
cover me for my collector cars.
