license plate brackets

I just switched out my old plates for collector plates on the
70 b.
my old front plate is just attached to the center of the front
bumper with two screws, no frame or brackets.

I would like to make a cleaner, more stable mount for the plate.

looked around on google images for some ideas, but didn't come
up with much.

Any brilliant suggestions?
(note that israel uses european-shaped plates - wider and
shorter than american plates)
