If anyone's needs these MGB parts, I would love them to go to an
enthusiast. I have the following available in Woodstock, NY, all used:
- four 14" MGB wire wheels with decent 155-14 Michelin XAS radials
- MGB splined-hub rear axle with 3.90:1 ratio
- MGB 4-speed transmission w/non-synchro first, good running order
- home-made bolt-on wite wheel spline adapters with 4" (Minor/Spridget, not
MGB) bolt pattern
These parts are being pulled out of my Riley One-Point-Five, where they've
been since it was re-engined in 1979, which is now getting some (ahem)
updated components.
Everything worked fine when pulled out this month. Wire wheels will need
rebalancing; don't they all? Axle has a slight whine but nothing major.
Would love them to go to someone who can use them. I can deliver, but would
prefer you to collect them. Anyone need these things? (I'd like some $$$ in
return, unfortunately ....)
