I was thinking of this driving in this morning. And
wouldn't you know, I saw a Lotus Elise on I-94 heading
toward 3M just then.

$80k is a lot of money. I don't know. You throw every
option on the Elise and you still only hit $50k.

The best engine to consider would probably be the
Toyota, since it's already certified. And it's in the
Celica, the presumed SE-R and SRT-4 competition Corolla,
the MR2 Spyder and of course the Lotus Elise. 170HP is
pretty comparable to the K-Series.

Speaking of which, that might be a good engine swap for a
B. Compact and tons of power. Orientation change required
of course.

And there's a lot of difference between an MGF and and MG TF.
The suspension was heavily changed.
