Watching the Boys HS Hockey tournement, Wednesday
and last night, there was an ad for Wells Fargo.
It starts with a guy walking down the sidewalk.
Something falls in front of him. He looks up and
sees a woman throwing golf clubs out the second
floor window in a rage. She's saying something
under her breathe.
She looks down and says, "hey buddy, want to buy
a car?". He looks at her in confusion. "Yeah",
she continues, "20 bucks". "You sure?" "Yeah,
20 bucks!".
She motions over to the drive way, where we
see a beautiful silver DB5. He pulls the
wallet out quickly.
Every time there was a break, I was hoping that
that ad would come up. :-)
Makes me think back when I was looking at a worn
out one in San Diego. I should have bought that
and not gone back to grad school. Well, not really.
Great Hockey going on at the Xcel, btw. The High
School my kids will go to won an exciting game
late. They have an even tougher game tonight.
The owner of the Minnesota Wild was on between
periods. He said the NHL teams are preparing to
play next season. Alluding to replacement players.
