I think one litre (or liter) is roughly equal to one quart, so I think 
Barrie's solution will work with gallons and 1/2 gallons too...(sorry, I 
couldn't 
resist!)

I cannot believe how ignorant you people are...

Here is the solution

Get two half litre containers
Fill one with anti-freeze
Fill the other with water
Get a one litre container
Pour liquids from half litre containers into the one litre container
Pour out liquid in 75/25 half litre container
Pour out liquid in 66.5/33.5 half litre container.
Fill empty half litre containers from litre container
