Here is the solution
Get two half litre containers
Fill one with anti-freeze
Fill the other with water
Get a one litre container
Pour liquids from half litre containers into the one litre container
Pour out liquid in 75/25 half litre container
Pour out liquid in 66.5/33.5 half litre container.
Fill empty half litre containers from litre container
