MGTD Accessory Plug Socket Set

I'm finishing up a 20 year restoration project on my MGTD and need some help. 
 Does anyone know the proper arrangement of the various washers, spacers, and 
nuts of the accessory plugs?  I bought a set from Moss but don't know how 
they are supposed to be assembled.  The parts consist of the barrel, plastic 
ring, black cardboard guard, fiber washer, brass washer, and two round threaded
