Anyone know how to get the knob off the rheostat that controls the dash lights? Is it a press fit on the shaft or what? My rheostat seems is non-functional and no longer rotates (seems to be seized), but I didn't want to beat on it without knowing how it was supposed to come apart first. I thought if I could get it out of the dash I could maybe free it up and make it work again. Any help greatly appreciated. thanks, Donny V 1978 MGB |
