Did anybody watch the Barrett Jackson 32nd. Annual classic car auction on
Speedvision? I just started watching a few minutes ago. Here's some cars
that I saw that sold. I noted all the info I could recall:
A red C2 big block Vette coupe - $72,500
A 63 silver C2 split window coupe. Said to be the one in the New York auto
show new - $137,500
A dark green 69 Camaro "COPO" dk grn w/met lime grn int. Appeared to be the
base model. Ugly! - $85,000
A late 60's florescent lime green Hemi Cuda, 9,000 mi, stored 20 years -
$147,500
A white mid 60's Plymouth Satellite Hemi convertible - $125,000
A 67 Black/red C2 Vert 4 spd w/ red leather int and red factory stripe -
$121,000
A Plymouth Super Bird, red, big wing and all - $180,000
A C2 Vert, Lindale blue (your mother's blue) w/white int and removable hard
top Looked like a big block - $195,000
A 59 Corvette Vert, red/wht custom built for Normar Garciapio's wife.
POWERGLIDE! Not stock. Had multi mods - $110,000
A 67 Mustang Shelby GT 500 427 alum block auto trans in black with white
stripes - $260,000!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is absolutely unbelievable what some of those cars actually sold for!
