Valve cover for MGB

Hello again:

I been thinking about getting the alloy valve cover that is on sale at the
moment from Moss, here is my problem, currently I have a vented valve cover my
question is what steps do I have to take to go from a vented to a none vented
valve cover?, is it as easy as just changing the cover or what part of the
picture is missing in my mind?
