Chris,
One thing to consider here is the weight difference between the pistons. A
very small difference becomes a much bigger problem at higher engine speeds.
Personally I would have all four pistons weighed. A seriously out of balance
engine is no fun at all, and can be very expensive...

Kai,
They were part of a rebuild by the former owner. Doesn't look like
much bore or piston wear, so I'd guess the engine was put together
shortly before I bought it. No real recourse-just hoping to put it
together properly. Sounds like I should probably take a micrometer
along when I go shopping...
