Funny thing Carl. WHen I bought my B 5 years ago, I went on a book
buying phase. Of course, I only read and skimmed the ones on stock stuff
since I was such a novice. After reading your rsvp (below) I went to my
stash and found that I already had Burgess's book. So that's another
direction and source. Thanks for the tip.
