I too would be interested to see this.  I have a proviso:  many states 
have rolling year emission standards, or emissions from a certain date. 
 This often means that RBBs have nearly the same standards as many 80s 
cars.  A 50% increase to power that can be made legal would be very 
enticing to those of us in the sunbelt who drive our cars every day.
